I saw this in elance.com. Many freelancers who apply for jobs, get emails from many fraudulents providing their email address as they would like to take your interview and to send them email directly. 
Once when you do it, they would add in one of the messengers and chat with you. They will say they will send you cheque first and ask for your physical address, and remember if at all you give all that information, consider that you are dooped. You should make sure you are informing your bank immidiately. These have looted many people around the globe and you don't want to be another prey in their mouth.

After 2 hours, with proper google research, when Roger found them as scammers

metina cole : Yes I am. Oh Okay.Perfect.

Roger : I have a question in relation to payment

Now do you pay me directly to my bank account?

metina cole : You will be required to set up a new bank account once you begin working.

Or any other desired mode of funds receipt.

Roger : About the cheque you said you would send it to my account

So its you send me the cheque directly to my account is that correct?

metina cole : No. I have requested a mailing address from you.It will be mailed to your address.

Roger : Ok . What I will do is since there are so many scammers I dont want to be scape goat

Roger : You know what I meant. So I will check with the head quarters in Australia and provide you the information later if I find you guys genuine

Because when I checked tripakusa.com I dont see anything. Somebody had reported about some scams which I read while I was googling

Orbit Memorial Hospital and Tamba Law Firm job offers are scam

A friend of mine from India received a job offer from Orbit Memorial Hospital one day and then immediately within few days another email  on Dec 23rd 2014 mentioning as below . Here is the mail he received I have pasted in italic words. Please don't fall for such scams.

My friend had forwarded me this mail to verify about the institution as he never had the interview. He had some doubts on whether it was a real job offer or not.

I checked on the website of the Orbit Memorial Hospital http://www.orbit-memorialhospital.com, which looks genuine site with the way they have designed it. I found the telephone number there and decided to contact the HR department directly. For my surprise, the call didn't get through even though I tried for almost 10 times.

My doubts increased. I decided to use their address and check on google maps to see the building. I was shocked when I pasted the address on google maps street view " 1001 E Hill St, Baltimore, MD 21201 Phone: (240) 342-3998". Here is what I found the street view of the address mentioned here in the map. Now, if you look here this is an old house which does not have proper road. How could Orbit Memorial Hospital can exist there? 

I decided to write on this as I don't want any innocents to fall on the trap and loose your money. Please be noted if you get the offer without any job interviews you should know what it means. Even if you get an interview call  specially for the candidates who are outside the country, please make sure you are researching enough on this. Its not just these 2 companies there are thousands of liers exist with thousand different names.

Remember the Orbit Memorial Hospital and Tamba Law Firm are the not real existing firms. They are fake companies who are trying to loot your hard earned money.

Be noted that if you are hired anywhere in the world even after the interviews, it is the companies responsibilities to pay your visa expenses. Even if someone says that once you reach the destination you would be repaid. That's not true at all. If the company could afford to hire you from another country then that company is capable of taking care of your visa expenses. If anyone tells you that you should bear the expenses, just shift and delete that mail. Because it's 100% scam.

Note : If you look at this mail or in the website mentioned there is no telephone number mentioned. So this is first clue for you to know that this company is fake. 
2nd, even if they provide the telephone number it doesn't get through. So that's second clue.
Third : Please make sure you do enough research by not only calling that number, google enough to know about the firm. Check on google maps using their address. Make sure you also google that address so that you dont find 2 firms with same address. 
Because scammers could use the addresses where they can find big building addresses to make you look like the genuine company but remember if you find the same address with 2 different companies then you should be sure enough to know its a scam.
